Window size + position reset on every launch

Every time the app opens, it is positioned at 0,0 with its default window size, not the size I changed it to.

This was a problem with Spectral too, so I suspect that NeoChat has simply inherited it.

There are nice functions in KConfig that will remember window size and position for you.
