Follow-up from "Show a verified icon for verified devices rather than a verify option"

  While I do agree that we should have this behavior, i previously didn't implement it because it can be useful to verify a device that neochat already considers verified (mostly for debugging and development). We should keep some way of doing that - maybe tied into developer tools somehow. I'd consider that out of scope for this merge request, though :)
