Notifications from IrcsomeBot are missing the name

When receiving a message from Ircsomebot with a text like <nicofee> Yo the notification only shows Yo. This is due to the <nicofee> being treated as HTML by Plasma.

I fixed this back then in spectral(https://gitlab.com/spectral-im/spectral/-/merge_requests/74), but it seems to got lost somewhere
