Fix capitalization of account menu, general settings items

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/fix-capitalization into master

This is a menu full of menu items, and should be using title case as suggested by our HIG.

Buttons should be title case, and form headers should be sentence case. Also, add an icon to the "Reset to defaults" button.
