Rename the other options:
   INSTALL_PLASMOID -> SMB4K_INSTALL_PLASMOID
   WITH_WS_DISCOVERY -> SMB4K_WITH-WS-DISCOVERY

No more needed now.

Bumped version. The changes of the new stable version will be so profoundly, that we will name it 3.0.0
instead of 2.2.0.

Revert change, because policy CMP0071 is not defined in the minimum required CMake version and the compilation process will fail when using it.
