Update LanguageSelector

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/carl/update-language-selector into master
  • Use Kirigami Addons dialog instead of OverlaySheet
  • Clip content so it doesn't go outside of the dialog
  • Use RoundedItemDelegate for a more consistent look with the rest of the app
