Some minor improvements to the tag timeline

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/tag-timeline-improvements into master

Now this timeline uses the Link header like the others - I feel like I've had some trouble with pagination before but I'm not sure.

And this timeline (and others eventually) can declare if they're at the end of their available posts. Only the main timeline model could do this before.
