Fixed bug: Not allowing new export/import formats with empty fields. When setting the Custom Format or a new format in the Import or Export dialog with a format which contains an empty field (for header, track or trailer), that format is not accepted when Kid3 is started again. Empty values are stripped from the end of string lists in the KDE configuration.

fixed bug: after changing the tag and only the case in the filename of an ogg file in a case-insensitive filesystem, the file was truncated to length 0 when saving
