The xlsx import code has trouble with a comments file like this:

Because the author value is empty.

It also doesn't handle a situation where there's more than one comments
file -- in fact, this part of the code seems a bit unfinished altogether.

time part of QDateTime is set to 0 with QTime(0, 0, 0, 0)),
setting a QTime() invalidates the whole QDateTime (and thus resulted in some assert triggering)

*Fixed crash when using command line "kexi --dbdriver postgresql"
*Clicking "Details" button of the password dialog shows full connection dialog
*Skip the Welcome Wizard if connection data options are set from command line
*Enable editing of user name in the password dialog even if specified by command line
