There are multiple ways to get involved: through testing, bug reporting, translating and developing KMyMoney. Every contribution is appreciated and very much needed!

See KDE's [generic guidelines](https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved) on how to help us out.

# Developers, in particular

All Pull Requests, even tiny, are very welcome, but please do not use GitHub for this – KDE uses their own GitLab instance for git and CI/CD. See [these guidelines](https://community.kde.org/Infrastructure/GitLab) for details on how to create an account and create pull requests (or Merge Requests, as GitLab calls them).

Once done, you may want to check out the [KDE generic development guidelines](https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development), but do not stray too far – the instructions below on how to set up your environment and compile KMyMoney are the most specific to our project.

# This Wiki itself
You need to [create an account](https://identity.kde.org/index.php?r=registration/index) on KDE Identity, which is the same account you would have created to gain Developer access, as [described above](#developers-in-particular). Once done, you'll be able to login to this GitLab instance and edit the Wiki.

**Please _do not_ edit the headlines**. We use them extensively to link to this wiki, including from the source code, so changing them will mess things up. |
