help the user, not prevent them from running kdesvn-build. Thanks to advice
from Thiago, kdesvn-build will now more accurately detect if it is still
      running.

If kdesvn-build is relatively sure it is still running it will prompt the user
to confirm their decision to run concurrently, otherwise it will warn about a
stale lockfile and proceed without further intervention required.

When running make (or unsermake), exec the absolute path. This is really for people using make-install-prefix, since my
sudo has recently lost the ability to find unsermake for some reason. I suspect a recent change in the Gentoo ebuild so
this is a pre-emptive workaround to hopefully reduce the "OMG kdesvn-build can't install" bugs.

kdesvn-build will now make sure that the ssh agent is actually maintaining a
list of identities, and if it isn't will run ssh-add for you. Hopefully this
will go far towards fixing the problem where if you forgot to run ssh-add that
kdesvn-build would merrily sit and wait for your to type your passphrase.

      1. branch, to build the module from a given branch.
      2. tag, to build the module from a tag (BUT DON'T USE THIS, use Konstruct or a
              tarball).
      3. override-url, for when it turns out that I wasn't smart enough, you can
tell kdesvn-build exactly where to find what you want.

Also, update the man page information, and update the documentation to be in
      sync with /trunk.

Change the default search path for configuration files. In order to easily · 8e53883c
      Michael Pyne authored
support situations where different directories need different options,
kdesvn-build will search in the following order:
        1. ./kdesvn-buildrc (Note that it's not a hidden file)
        2. ~/.kdesvn-buildrc
        3. Internal option set.

Also, I fixed the behavior of kdesvn-build when trying to open a non-existant
file, it will now use the default options if the file doesn't exist, not just
when the file exists but is invalid.

Christian Tibirna provided an initial patch, thanks!
