Discussion: Including QtFeedback in the Sdk

pro:

• required for a growing number of Plasma Mobile apps
• hard to include in the app's flatpak itself due to qmake wanting to install to the Qt install dir

con:

• slightly larger Sdk (probably not relevant, it's a very small module)
• unreleased Qt module (but with little to zero changes ongoing, so no danger of breaking the ABI in Qt 5.15.x)

Even though the module is not very actively maintained upstream, it is not going to die as it is required for all mobile distros using Qt, and I plan to look into sending patches to port it to Qt6 upstream or into moving it under KDE umbrella if upstream is no longer interested.
