Explore use buildstream to build the runtime

buildstream is used to build the freedestkop-sdk and gnome runtime, so there is some advantages on sharing the same tool

Also, using buildstream has other advantages as:

  • Be able to use a remote cache, so no full rebuilds are necessary
  • Be able to reuse ABI check plugin
  • Be able to reuse CVE check plugin
