We should likely remove kf5-plasma-framework formula and it being a dependency of others

kf5-plasma-framework is useless on any other platform than one that can run Plasma, which means it is definitely useless under macOS.

Any software provided by Homebrew that has a dependency on it should have it as an optional one, and if that's not the case then it is very likely something to be fixed upstream.
