This reverts commit a00692d3.

Apparently, akonadi-search isn't just a library.

As suggested in ECM documentation.

This is a new runner plugin that searches contacts indexed from addressbooks by
the Akonadi Indexing Agent. It can also search email addresses indexed from
sent and received emails (can be turned off optionally).

akonadi-search has nothing to do with Baloo anymore, all parts we used to use
from Baloo are now forked in this repo, so we call the entire thing Akonadi::Search.

THe only remaining references to Baloo are config files (baloorc), and indexing
database location (~/.local/share/baloo). We should probably migrate those too
eventually.

KPimUtils is going to be removed, the Email class that is required by the
akonadi_baloo_indexer has been moved to KCodecs as KEmailAddress.

this all to work.
