Provide our own StandardButtons enum

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/carl/standardbuttons into master

So that we can remove the dependency on QWidgets completely from Akonadi::Core.

Currently no agent nor resource overwrite this method (or at least the whole PIM compile with this change applied)
