Update AppArmor profiles for usage in openSUSE

Paths in openSUSE Tumbleweed for PostgreSQL and drkonqui differ from what the AppArmor profiles already allowed, therefore extend the profile to also allow these paths.

Besides that, add permissions for some additional paths that were requested during testing the profiles.

FYI: The PostgreSQL-related changes are on their way to openSUSE Tumbleweed (see https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/905728). The other changes are already included in Tumbleweed sine some weeks and available in the akonadi-server-apparmor package.
