    Renamed FetchTransaction to FetchQueue, and make it work like a queue, not a transaction: you can enqueue
feeds now while others are fetching (fetchtransaction.* will be renamed when we're on SVN).
Apart from that, i replaced some forwarding method calls by signal/signal connections.
