Simplify layouts, use fewer distinct strings, make tool tips and
"Whats this" more consistent.

The "all days on a single page" timetable view duplicated much of the
code of the other timetables, but added some enhancements.  This patch
combines them.

Add a "Print footer" option to the configuration dialogd for the printed
journal and printed year, just like the other printouts with footers.

Add security exclusions (exclude confidential, exclude private) to the
printed year configuration, just like the other printed calendars.

  * Obey the "Use colors" checkbox.
  * Fully obey the "Show note lines" checkbox.
  * Adjust the header text's color to contrast with the background color.
  * Preserve spaces at the ends of captions.
  * Use the painter's pen color, not the theme's foreground color, for
    the rich description pen color.

On the first page the footer was placed at the middle of the page, and
the header's year was almost entirely but not completely hidden by the
timetable.

The small monthly calendars in the headers of printed pages squish the
rows of dates together, and cut off the bottoms of the month names.
`CalPrintPluginBase::drawSmallMonth()` calculates the row height in
pixels, then fudges that number for use as a font size in points,
unsuccessfully.

This patch sets the font size in pixels, and uses `QFontMetrics::height()`
to leave room for month names with letter glyphs that have descenders.

   the to-do categories (tags) and start date.
 * Added optional headers and data colums to the print-out.

Autotests tend to fail when you comment out the function being tested.

 * Keep the due dates inside the page margins.
 * Allow for localized headers and data.
 * Allow for multi-line summaries.
 * Move the completion percentage bar down to the baseline.
 * The "Title" header did not line up with anything;  remove it.
