Summary:
Multiple themes named "Default" were inserted into the QMap,
one for my prefix and then one for /usr/share, which replaced it.
What we want is this to be a single theme with multiple search paths.

Test Plan:
This fixes the "Kontact introduction" in my developer
setup where everything is installed into a custom prefix.
Before this fix, only /usr/share/messageviewer/about was looked at,
and I don't have kontact installed there.

Summary:
Tests need somehow provide the current files and not rely on, that these
files are already installed (see D15727). Having no special
ordering in place, it is random, what file is picked, when there are
themes with same names on different locations. So we may need sort the
themesDirectories.

GPLv2-only.

For this to go in it needs explicitly approval from Laurent and Dan, who
wrote all the affected code.

Summary:
We used to leak the ThemeManager. Now that we delete it, it crashed
because we delete the action group and the menu first. Add support for
setActionGroup(nullptr) and setThemeMenu(nullptr) so we can clean up while
everything still exists.

Test Plan:
Unittest. The actual fix for kmail requires calling these methods
in grantleeheaderstyleplugin.
