ICalTimeZone is still used when translating non-standard time zones
back to KDateTime::Spec, John is working on providing new API for this
in KCalCore to remove this as well.

UiTools is only referenced in the find_package call and despite
Qt5::WebKitWidgets being mentioned in target_link_libraries I could
not find any actual usage.
