Summary:
This includes two maps where Attendee pointers are technically the values,
but those maps are used bidirectionally, so those need to be changed as
well. Instead we now used the Attendee uid as key.

Adding an empty dummy entry is done internally anyway, via setKeepEmpty().
This will make it easier to refactor AttendeeTableModel to not use Attendee
as a map key.

Summary:
Whatever bug was happening when it was disabled, seems to be fixed by
now. The moving works well in my tests.

Test Plan:
Moving to another collection in the same DAV resource, works (graphically),
moving to another resource (icaldir), works (I can see the file on disk).

Summary:
This is a regression introduced by commit 6b879714.
Looks like we can't trust Qt Designer to keep hidden things hidden,
so better do it in actual code.

Test Plan: "New Event" no longer shows a blue rectangle at the top of the dialog.
