Got an event ticket which had that set to "centered",
displays correctly now.

This is needed due to the changes in Kirigami.CardListView that badly
affected our timeline view, and it's not feasible to support both variants.

This matters now that KPkPass implements date/time detection and
formatting.

This fixes color glitches due to recent Theme-related changes.

For this, simplify the implementation of the notch effect at the top by
assuming a flat monochrome background and just drawing the notch on top,
rather than masking it out with an opacity mask shader effect.

This adds the correct rich text, but doesn't fix interaction yet, as the
shader effect opacity mask eats the mouse events here.

For the 332px width passes the strip image is documented to be 320px, but
of course this doesn't mean everyone follows that.

Still needs some work to deal with rich text/links correctly though.

The Unicode symbols are rendered misplaced and multi-colored on Android.

This sometimes contains fast lane access banners.

Boarding passes are available on a second page now, as far as we have one
for a given reservation.
