This augments the data from the built-in databases, which is necessary to
trigger the country information elements correctly.

That is, don't reset back to the home country when encountering unknown
elements.

This now warns about the Swiss Type J socket for example, when coming from
a Europlug/Schuko country.

So far this only considers total incompatibilities (e.g. EU <-> GB) but
does not yet detect partial incompatibilities (e.g. EU <-> CH).

Those are shown before transitioning into a country that differs in one or
more properties (driving side, power plugs, currency, etc) from the your
home country. So far only driving side is actually implemented though.

Summary:
This is just an initial review to gather feedback. It should be
the first building block to allow itinerary to work also when creating
events without reservation files attached.

This will allow us to add more elements that have no reservation attached
to them, like country information or weather information.

This also obsoletes the old generic ticket page.

These will show all information we have, including the ticket barcodes,
and eventually allow editing.

This allows us to show the checkout date in a meaningful way in the
timeline on longer stays too. Also, handle event moves correctly.

This is necessary to handle moved/rescheduled events correctly eventually.

Fixes a bunch of runtime warnings in BoardingPass.qml.

Still needs to be hooked up to the other reservation delegates too.
