Fixes a brief message replacement glitch in the title of the indoor map
page.

That's useful on the final destination.

This is needed due to the changes in Kirigami.CardListView that badly
affected our timeline view, and it's not feasible to support both variants.

This fixes color glitches due to recent Theme-related changes.

That has a lot more accessibility information than we currently show on
our indoor map.

Allows access to elevator/escalator details for example.

Also, make the actions for realtime data depend on the network status.

No idea why this works with the same Qt version on Linux...

This is conditional on its availability for now, as it still has to go
through review and has to be included in the release service.

There's also still some more work needed to properly localize everything
in there.

This now includes everything we need to evaluate opening hours expressions
for the time of a layover.

Shouldn't matter here yet, as that type isn't used in this file, but this
will have weird side-effects when that changes.

Easier to discover and a good workaround while pinch zoom doesn't properly
work on Android.

It's activated Android-style by tapping the version number in the about
screen 7 times, and can be deactivated again on a dedicated page.

So far this activates all of the debug features and diagnostics that were
already there bug controlled by comments. But there's more to come to make
MapCSS editable easily on Android too.

This only covers the side that has been selected yet, we still need to
find the matching layover or transfer for the respective other side here.

This still needs a proper parser, but this way it's at least slightly
better readable.

This provides some of the infrastructure for making this automatic, based
on reservation information.

Not integrated in the rest of the application yet though.
