Handling reduced functionality because of bad icon themes

It seems in issue #4 (closed), that a bad (non-freedesktop-conforming) icon theme reduces the functionality of KaddressBook.

A good programm should do at least one of the following:

1. Display the functionality in another way that works with the current theme.
2. Notify the user visually, that some features don't work with the current theme, including an error description and possible workarounds.
3. Log a message on stdoutstderr, saying some features don't work with the current theme, including an error description and possible workarounds.
