It is so far brought in implicitly by KConfigWidgets,
but missing when that is built without Auth support.

Instead of "Add option to not build/install KAuth helper", this renames
the option and removes wake-from-suspend alarms from the user interface.
Wake-from-suspend alarms are now disabled if KAuth is not found.

The KAlarmCal library is now only used by KAlarm. This prepares for
merging its code into KAlarm.

They were added 6 years ago, by now all consumers should have updated to that version or have a fresh config anyways
