Most porting to use ecm_add_test and target_include_directories,
couple fixes of include paths and linking libraries. We try to make
sure that libs and apps don't have any other include paths other than
their own and those provided by their dependencies.

This will be useful in future if we try to split the kdepim repo.

Will be removed from KMime shortly.

In case of conflict in i18n, keep the version of the branch "ours"
To resolve a particular conflict, "git checkout --ours path/to/file.desktop"

sendmail support is about to be removed from mailtransport. KAlarm has a
lot of code and UI related to it though, pre-dating the introduction of
mailtransport in KDE4. Just removing that is an option, but since the
amount of sendmail-related code suggests there is more rework towards a
pure mailtransport usage needed anyway I just disabled it for now to make
it compile. Please advice on how you want to proceed with this in KAlarm.
