KDBusService doesn't supply any command line arguments in its
activateRequested() signal unless there is at least one command
line option (in addition to the program name) in the command
invocation.

The Unity desktop (Ubuntu 14.04) doesn't handle transferring keyboard
focus between top level windows in the application, so that it was
impossible to type into the New Alarm dialog if an alarm message
window was currently displayed.

This fix is a hack which is only activated on Unity.

If session restoration had nothing to restore, the application exits.
If it is started separately before exit is complete, it crashed
because the calendars and other data had been tidied up/closed, but
not re-opened. This reinitialises necessary data in this circumstance.

When a display alarm was playing an audio file and it was closed,
the Stop Play button in the system tray menu was left enabled.

If there are no enabled, writable active alarm calendars at startup,
display a warning message to explain why alarms can't be created or
changed.

Some commands (command line or D-Bus), e.g. --list, don't work
correctly at startup until all enabled Akonadi collections have been
populated. This patch uses new features in EntityTreeModel in 4.10 to
wait for collections to be populated when necessary.

To enable a unique specifier of an alarm, allow the Akonadi
resource ID to be prefixed to the event ID in command line and
D-Bus comand arguments.

When the user quits KAlarm other than by logging out, cancel any
scheduled wake-from-suspend alarm.

Make it build using new kalarmcal library in kdepimlibs instead of
local cal/ directory.

Don't inherit KARecurrence from KCalCore::Recurrence.
