In the alarm list, when an alarm's time has a single digit hour, its
date was hidden when it was selected/highlighted.

If there is only one active alarm calendar but it is not the default,
set it as the default to allow the alarm to be created.

When the alarm is triggered, it is updated, but the calendar file
write fails, which reverts the update, which causes it to be
retriggered ...

This is to make the tab's purpose clearer to users.

Give priority to keeping enabled, standard, resources.

Default to showing alarms in order of their next trigger time.
Allow alarm list and template list to be sorted by clicking on headers.

Add an option to the alarm edit dialog to display an alarm as a
notification instead of in a window.

Fix the next trigger time being shown as "Never" after using the Try
button for a command display alarm, if the command fails.

1) Don't display the alarm window; only display an error message.
2) Don't redisplay the alarm on every restart.

Ensure that all KAEvent instances returned by resources contain the
correct resource ID.

Revise ResourcesCalendar to not keep its own separate copies of
KAEvent instances, but to use those held in resources instead.
