Fixes regression introduced in version 2.10.11 by commit
7bab5d5b

Also remove unused repeat-at-login code.

This fixes command line options which need Akonadi collections to be
populated before they will work, when KAlarm is not already running.
Options fixed are --list, --edit, --triggerEvent, --cancelEvent.

If two resources use the same calendar file, it can result in
endless loops as each successively processes the same changes.
This patch removes any duplicate resources which use the same
calendar file.

KMail identifies its emails by Akonadi Item ID now.

An error message is now output if the user tries to create a new
resource which uses the same calendar file/directory as an existing
resource. This is to prevent duplicate Akonadi resource processes
from conflicting or using excess CPU.

This ensures that in that case, alarms will be archived if KAlarm is
configured to do so.

Allow columns to be hidden using a context menu on the list header,
instead of using the View menu option. This allows the Repeat, Colour
and Type columns to be hidden, in addition to Time and Time To.

EntityTreeModel doesn't update its copy of CollectionAttribute after
the attribute is created by KAlarm. This fix is a workaround.

This is only one component of the fix for the bug.

This fix requires commit 26926867
in kalarmcal (branch 18.08) in order to build.

Depending on the font, times in the main window can be truncated and
show an ellipsis.

The user's default email address will usually be set in KMail, but
alternatively  can be set in the User Manager page in System Settings.

If another instance of KAlarm was activated while already running with
--tray, the main window was not displayed. This made it impossible to
show the main window if the system tray icon was inaccessible for any
reason.

Also fix --help, --version and option errors not being reported on the
terminal if another instance of KAlarm is already running.
