In case of conflict in i18n, keep the version of the branch "ours"
To resolve a particular conflict, "git checkout --ours path/to/file.desktop"

This should help us clean up our code throughout other parts of Kalendar (i.e. easier to split up further parts of `main.qml`, avoid the excessive signal passing we employ at the moment, etc.)

This helps with code seperation in modules and would allows in the
future to build Plasma applets using the same plugin

Use parser instead of trying to do it manually

This makes kalendar not initialize akonadi when showing about or version
information and fix kalendar --version when a kalendar instance is
already started.

This was caused because we assigned the filter header to the contact
page. We don't use the filterheader on the contact page, so just make
sure we don't do that anymore

So that it doesn't move outside of the visible range when scrolling big
contact pages

This messes with the window's geometry
