Kalendar sets itself as default application for many unrelated file types

Includes json, geo+json, xml, mathematica, msword-template, raml+yaml, rtf, sql, vnd.android.package-archive, vnd.coffeescript, kml, kmz, .itinerary, webm, ogg, otf, ora, djv, eml, igs, vrm, css, csvs, rts, rust, sgm, mk3d, ... and practically all text/* files.

That list does not include the programs where there was no other associated application, so it's now the default for almost everything that didn't have a default before.

Ironically, it is NOT the default for ics files.
