Add a go menu to window and global menus

This MR adds a 'Go' menu that lets the user change dates in the following ways:

1. Move the current (calendar, not task) view forwards or backwards
2. Move the current (calendar, not task) view to today
3. Open the date changer popup (again, not in the tasks view)
