This MR adds a context menu to both the sidebar and the calendar settings page that lets the user change aspects of the calendar that has been right-clicked. These include:
- Calendar properties (name, icon, retrieval settings)
- Update the calendar
- Delete the calendar (if possible)
- Set the calendar colour
