Add more and better ways to add todos (and subtodos)

This MR contains some improvements to todo-adding capabilities in Kalendar:

  • Sub-todos can now be added from the incidence info drawer as well as from the right-click incidence menu
  • New todos can now be quickly added from a textfield in the footer of the todo view

Also fixed some clipping issues in the incidence info drawer toolbar.
