Contact view: Menubar fixes

Fix:

  • Global menu in contact view showing create mail instead of create contact
  • "Create new contact" menubar entry not working

Add:

  • Entry in menubar for creating new contact group

PS: couldn't capture global menu screenshot, my screenshot utility refused to respond to keyboard shortcut when using global menu
