New ITIP theme, ported to Grantlee · ad12062d
      Daniel Vrátil authored
Use an improved ITIP theme which looks slighly more modern than the old
one. This is a port from vendor/intevation branch in kdepimlibs. It also
      improves handling of invitation delegation.

As part of the patch the whole ITIP handler has been ported to Grantlee.
We slightly changed how attendees rows are generated, which also affected
some of the regular event view tests, this patch adjusts them accordingly.

Secondly to make all the tests pass regardless of available/installed
icon theme, we strip filename extension from <img src> attributes, because
while Oxygen uses .PNG, Breeze has .SVG icons, which causes the tests
to fail locally and pass on CI or vice-versa.

Port part of KCalUtils to Grantlee templates · c0c31894
      Daniel Vrátil authored
Instead of assembling the HTML by hand in C++ code, we use Grantlee templates
for presentation, and only prepare the data in C++ code. This commit only ports
the event, tasks, journal and freebusy views to Grantlee templates. The ITIP
HTML code is still assembled in C++, I want to wait with that until Sandro is
finished with his work on ObjectTreeParser refactoring in kdepim.git to see what
      the requierements will be.

This code also includes a bunch of useful Grantlee plugins and tools that we
might want to eventually move to some other repository so it can be used
      from other projects as well.
