Summary:
This means for the data both display and printing now use the same model,
so improvements to that will benefit both sides. Printing however isn't
able to use i18n in the templates yet, so we can't remove the i18n
properties here yet.

Summary:
We still add a few properties on top of that, some of which are
transitional until everything is in the right place. This also
already aligns the API for IM address with the IMPP API which will
simplify the transition to that one.

This does change the theme API, however it has no practical effect as all
themes in KAddressbook are using the emails property wrongly anyway and
thus don't show anything either way.

Summary:
No longer needed, as KContact types can now be consumed directly for this.
There's minor behavior differences (e.g. regarding return values for
invalid coordinates), but since no template seems to be using this that
shouldn't be a problem.
