Detecting boost components prior to building the kolab resource
still causes problems with recent Boost versions.

This reverts commit 8f95c296.

There are still issues with syncing (uidvalidity problems).

The cmake logs currently show "Etebase, EteSync" in the logs for the Etebase package.
This isn't great w.r.t semantics, so it is better to remove the DESCRIPTION tag.

Some early users were confused about the password not showing up in "Calendar Properties" (config dialog).
The properties dialog now shows a message about EteSync not storing the password.

This restores QRESYNC support reverted by commits
657f3d2b and
9bda7e18.

Otherwise the build stops with an error.

It breaks MSVC build (and makes no sense anyway, a template class never produces
a symbol, only instantiation of the template does, but that does not happen in
the library)

Color should be NULL for new EteSync collections if color has not been set explicitly by user.

EteSync only requires collection types to be set. Metadata types in items and collections are not required.

We fetch collection list with limit 1 and check account permissions and detect new account from the result.
Account initialization has been moved to LoginJob instead of JournalsFetchJob.

The etebase API changed to allow fetching collection by types.
The resource now fetches only Contacts, Calendar and Task collections.

Temporary server errors make the resource offline for a short time without a dialog.
Server errors and PermissionDenied error show a dialog, and make the resource offline for a longer period of time.
