KPimUtils is about to be removed, and the relevant classes have been moved
to KCoreAddons and KCodecs.

No need to fetch things 14 years back by default. Now it's six months
back.

In fact, the default should be relative date, not absolute. Something to
fix in the future.

It can happen that some data may be fetched and then Facebook servers
return some exception/error, but we still got some data, so don't throw
it away but rather process them

Needs to use QDateTime format now

Facebook resource is now required to be configured using KAccounts

KF5AkonadiAbc has been merged to KF5AkonadiContact
