Port IMAP resource to new config API

Provide the IMAP config dialog as a Qt plugins. The biggest feature change is that configureSubscription method which was available via DBus was removed. This means the few places using manageserversidesubscriptionjob needs to be ported away. But the settings are still available directly from the config dialog.
