Adapt to change in Akonadi

Ported resources/agents:

  • Birthday
  • Contacts
  • Maildir
  • Ical
  • Icaldir
  • MBox
  • VCard
  • vcarddir
  • openxchange

For each of the ported resources/agents the RAM consumption went from 15-20Mb to 5-7Mb according to htop and Plasma System Monitor
