Decoupled UI and created plugin for Etesync resource

I decoupled the UI from the base Etesync resource and moved it into a plugin, I also removed any other QtWidget dependency. References issue 73 from the PIM Technical Roadmap, Port remaining agents and resources away from QtWidgets.
