_FILE_ is not defined by the C++ standard to whether it should be e.g. the
full path to a file, but is compiler-specific

So instead have cmake give the absolute path to the source file
as reused as test data file in the test.

GIT_SILENT

This is used to determine if the currently selected identity is the
default one.
