      Use METADATA style annotations only. · e12aa2e4
      Christian Mollekopf authored
      This patch add support for METADATA style entries in
      GetMetaDataJob/SetMetaDataJob for both METADATA and ANNOTATEMORE mode.
      This means an annotation of /shared/comment gets translated in the
      ANNOTATEMORE mode to /comment with attribute "value.shared". This
      supports of course only a subset of the possible attribute values, but
      all that is used by the kimap resource, and as ANNOTATEMORE is anyways
      legacy, all that we have to care about (Everything else is still
      supported by using the original API).

      This is the foundation for the IMAP resource to expose both shared and
      private annotations, which we require for kolab. I intend to expose all
      annotations including /shared or /private prefix in the
      CollectionAnnotationsAttribute, and adapt users of the
      CollectionAnnotationsAttribute accordingly. Patches for kdepim-runtime
      and kdepim will follow

      Applying first round of API review. Most notable changes (apart from the · e9521b02
      Kevin Ottens authored
      usual and obvious API fixes):
       - Introducing a specific struct for folder listing to avoid the non
         obvious QStringList;
       - More qint64 instead of int where it makes sense (mainly for fetches);
       - Use of an ImapSet class to specify mail sets (previously was using a
         QByteArray);
       - Removing some of the most obscure and not used jobs (a couple will
         reapper later in an improved form);
       - Factor out some of the ACL related code and enums in a KIMAP::Acl
         namespace;
       - Compress the signals emits from FetchJob.

      Of course, also port the tests when needed.
