Fails to build with Qt6 otherwise.

Qt5 did that implicitly, Qt6 doesn't.

This now works with public API even.

The order in which postal code and locality are appended to that can
differ depending on local formatting rules.

Those are sometimes left over from broken encoding in e.g. schema.org
annotations.

This uses KF5::Codecs, which we indirectly depend on anyway already.

GIT_SILENT

We get most of the data from the Thalys barcodes already, this fills in
station names, departure/arrival times and passenger name.

This augments what we get from the barcode, e.g. the owner name and (once
the data model supports that) the validity range.

Poppler is nowadays forced as a mandatory dependency in CMake, so this is
no longer needed and just unecessarily complicates the code.

Still QJValue + QVariant qt6 compile error

This should fix line ending conversion on Windows breaking those files and
the associated tests.

Poppler gives us platform line breaks, our tests didn't expect that.
