Poppler is nowadays forced as a mandatory dependency in CMake, so this is
no longer needed and just unecessarily complicates the code.

Still QJValue + QVariant qt6 compile error

This should fix line ending conversion on Windows breaking those files and
the associated tests.

Poppler gives us platform line breaks, our tests didn't expect that.

Also, extract the guest name while at it.

Possible now that the corresponding property proposal in Wikidata has
been approved.

Needed to support 3 byte Via Rail station codes.

Fix a few identifier collisions.

Additionally this also adds support for email contacts and modification
URLs for all formats.

Also improve the diagnostic output of this test.

The eurowings plaintext extractor did not work anymore due to slight
changes in booking confirmation text received from eurowings.
The various regex had to be slightly extended to catch the correct data
points from the text.

To resolve a particular conflict, "git checkout --ours path/to/file.desktop"
