Add Droplabs Extractor

Hi!

In this MR I'm adding extractor for DropLabs Tickets (https://droplabs.pl). They offer pkpass and pdf tickets for event organizers. From the samples gotten providers are allowed to have custom content in the PDF tickets and DropLab allows them to create custom fields to tickets, allowing them to create parking reservations on event tickets. These "parking" tickets aren't supported.
