Make the United parser even more resilient

I have a nice, complex multi-passenger eTicket which has broke some other assumptions I made about their HTML. Multiple passengers are now parsed correctly, other broken things are skipped and IATA codes for certain airports are passed so the arrival/departure times aren't sometimes wrong.
